Managing Director, Real Estate
Kenneth Lorman joined Lexden Capital in the role of Managing Director, Real Estate in the company’s New York office. He is responsible for leading and growing the real estate group’s efforts in funding or arranging Equity Investments, Bridge Financing, EB-5 Financing and Property Acquisitions on a nationwide basis.
Prior to joining Lexden, Ken was a Senior Vice President and Senior Acquisitions Officer for Falcon Real Estate in New York, a private equity advisory and asset management company. He was responsible for property acquisitions and international money raising efforts.
Ken was responsible for all aspects of property acquisition including sourcing, due diligence, sizing, negotiating and execution with primary focus on the east coast core markets of America. He successfully completed acquisitions in the office, residential, retail and industrial sectors in major cities including New York, New Jersey, Boston, Atlanta and Miami. In addition, Mr. Lorman played an active role in supporting Falcon’s marketing investment opportunities to off-shore investors.
In 1997 he earned a Masters of Science degree in real estate investment from New York University. Mr. Lorman graduated from Lehigh University in 1988 with a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting, and he is a Certified Public Accountant.
