- As a Direct Lender for Bridge Loan Financing. Loans are closed and serviced by LEXDEN CAPITAL directly or a LEXDEN CAPITAL affiliated entity. Servicing is retained by a LEXDEN CAPITAL affiliated entity.
- As a Non-Bank Direct Lender and Servicer for first mortgages under the Small Business Administration (“SBA”) 504 Program. Servicing is retained by a LEXDEN CAPITAL affiliated entity.
- As a Correspondent Lender. Permanent Mortgage loans are closed by LEXDEN CAPITAL or an affiliated lender represented by LEXDEN CAPITAL. Servicing is not retained by LEXDEN CAPITAL.
- As a Direct Investor. Loans or investments are participated with private equity clients in the purchase or investment of discounted short-term mortgages, DIP financing, or REO’s.
- As an Advisor or Capital Placement Agent. Loans are processed and pre-underwritten for a variety of types of commercial real estate financing or investment.
